Our Story
Osnova Health began with a simple idea: bring quality care closer to home for rural Albertans. Founded by Tammy MacDougall, an LPN and post-secondary educator with 23 years of nursing experience across pediatrics, emergency and seniors care, we started as mobile foot care and grew as the community shared stories of barriers to access.
Today, as Osnova Health Inc. we are expanding services and establishing a clinic location while keeping our promise the same: flexible, professional, prevention-first care—delivered with respect, clear education, and continuity.

Whether you visit us in Andrew or schedule care at home, we work to keep you confident in your plan, coordinating with families and providers when needed. We’re here to be a trusted part of your care team.

At Osnova Health, our mission is to deliver accessible, person-centred care across the clinic-to-home continuum. We prevent avoidable complications, support recovery and aging-in-place, and coordinate with families and providers—so every client can make confident, informed decisions about their health.
